Our Christmas tree is in need of an ornament facelift and we think there is nothing more appropriate than to have all wooden or woodworking themed ornaments on it. We have decided to have a contest to showcase the talent of our customers and help us trim the tree!
So if you can turn, scroll, whittle, carve or whatever a piece of wood into an ornament, submit it and you may just win!

We recently had an order of 4/4 walnut come in that was so nice we contacted our vendor to purchase additional stock. As walnut lovers know, it has been increasingly difficult to obtain nice, suitable material for their projects. The additional order came in today. The long awaited day is nearing. Tomorrow is Saturday, May 14, 2011. The first Customer Appreciation Day/Tool Swap at The Hardwood Store of NC, Inc. starts at 8:00 and ends at 2:00 p.m.
